We advised throughout the sponsors' hold period, assisting with the landmark acquisition of FLS Aerospace (then Europe's leading independent airframe and component MRO) and bolt-on acquisitions such as SIFCO (aircraft engine repair business), as well as an innovative rotable asset-backed refinancing (with GE) and various new airline contracts

Oculus Advisors acted as sole financial advisor to 3i and STAR Capital on their acquisition of SR Technics from SAirGroup. We also advised on the highly successful exit to a consortium of Gulf-based soveriegn wealth fund investors
