Subsequent bolt-on acquisitions included Oxford Aviation Training (ab initio), BAE Systems' regional flight training business, GFS (Australian ab initio) and Parc Aviation (pilot recruitment) to form the largest independent commercial pilot training and supply business
The business was ultimately exited by trade sale to TSE-listed CAE Inc., simulator OEM and provider of aviation training
