Oculus Advisors acted as sole financial advisor to Inflexion Private Equity in relation to its investment in CTC Aviation Training (CTC), a family-owned provider of ab initio and type-rating training to aspiring pilots and airlines, with strategic airline relationships and operations in the United Kingdom and New Zealand


We provided ad-hoc advice to Inflexion through the course of its investment period and through exit to NYSE-listed L3Harris Technologies for a high return on investment
